  • Cancellation or change for any reason of the offered travel services.   • If THE CLIENT arrives at the contracted Transport (bus / airplane / ship / train / balloon) through PIRAMIDES.ICU, for any reason attributable to the Transporter itself the booking of THE CLIENT is not respected, it will be the responsibility of the Transporter to rearrange THE CLIENT of PIRAMIDES.ICU, in another Transport of the same category or higher, without extra cost for THE CLIENT.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT.- The Rates advertised on our website or in any other printed or mass communication medium will be valid as long as the corresponding reservations and payments are made through our offices and / or branches and / or other physical means. or electronic provided by PIRAMIDES.ICU. CHARGES FOR CANCELLATION.- When THE CLIENT makes a CANCELLATION of a reservation, a charge will be applied to the total of the package / service contracted. In Low Season, PIRAMIDES.ICU will apply a CANCELLATION charge according to the following table:

  • 25% (twenty-five percent) of the total package / service, if the cancellation is made 10 (ten) days before departure.
  • 50% (fifty percent) of the total package / service, if the cancellation is made between 9 (nine) and 4 (four) days before departure.
  • Less than 4 (four) days before departure, there will be no refund of the package / service that is equivalent to or equal to 100% (one hundred percent).

In High Season (Easter, Easter, Holidays, July and August, Bridges and December) PIRAMIDES.ICU will apply a cancellation fee according to the following table:

  • 50% (fifty percent) of the total package / service, if the cancellation is made up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to departure.
  • 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total package / service, if the cancellation is made between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days before departure.
  • Less than 7 (seven) days before your departure, no refund of the package / service that is equivalent to or equal to 100% (one hundred percent) will proceed.

When THE CLIENT requests the CANCELLATION for any reason, additionally it will NOT change / reprogram the date.

CHARGES FOR CHANGES In the Low Season, PIRAMIDES.ICU will apply a CHANGE charge whenever possible, otherwise the corresponding CANCELLATION CHARGES will apply if THE CLIENT decides not to take the services; THE CHARGES FOR CHANGE will be applied according to the following table:
